We are partnering with leading contractors across Europe to deliver large-scale hyperscale data centre construction projects. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking skilled Electricians to join major ongoing builds. Role Overview
As an Electrician on a hyperscale data centre project, you will be responsible for high-quality installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems within a mission-critical environment. You will work closely with mechanical, controls, and critical power teams to ensure delivery to Tier 3/Tier 4 standards. Key Responsibilities
- Installation of containment, cabling, and distribution systems
- LV electrical installation and testing (MV/HV experience advantageous)
- Supporting commissioning activities
- Working to strict safety and quality standards
- Coordinating with multi-disciplinary onsite teams
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
- Experience in data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical, or large commercial construction
- Strong understanding of LV systems; MV/HV beneficial
- Recognised electrical trade qualification
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Right to work in the project location (or EU mobility)
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Highly competitive hourly/day rates (typical range €35–€60/hr depending on country and experience)
- Long-term project pipeline across multiple European locations
- Potential travel & accommodation support (project dependent)
- Work on some of Europe’s largest and most advanced data centre facilities
