- £45,000 – £53,000 + Company Vehicle | Overtime | Pension | Benefits

Imagine electrical projects without strong engineering oversight — designs drifting, programmes slipping, and quality falling short. That’s where experienced Electrical Project Engineers make the difference.

We’re looking to appoint Electrical Project Engineers across the South West to oversee the successful delivery of electrical projects, primarily within industrial environments.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, technically engaging projects, combining engineering expertise with project coordination. You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients, with clear progression opportunities into senior project or management roles.

About the role
  • Overseeing electrical projects from planning through to completion
  • Managing technical delivery, quality, and compliance
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Supporting programme delivery and cost control
  • Ensuring work is delivered safely and to a high standard
  • Predominantly industrial projects, with some commercial exposure

About you
  • An Electrical Engineer or technically strong Electrician with project experience
  • Someone who may have reached a glass ceiling and is looking for the next step
  • Comfortable overseeing multiple stakeholders and site activities
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and standards
  • Experience in renewables or industrial environments is beneficial but not essential

What’s on offer
  • Competitive salary: £45k – £53k
  • Company vehicle
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Pension and additional benefits
  • Long-term career progression and development
