CX Commissioning Manager Location: Finland
Rate: €850 per day (all in)
Duration: 18+ months
Structure: Client-side / PMC
Programme: 150MW+ Hyperscale Data Centre
The Opportunity We are supporting a major 150MW+ hyperscale data centre programme in Finland and are seeking an experienced CX Commissioning Manager to join the client-side / PMC team on a long-term contract basis.
This is a senior, high-visibility role within a structured programme environment, offering the opportunity to take ownership of commissioning strategy and execution across a large-scale critical infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commissioning activities across critical systems
  • Oversee structured commissioning processes aligned to ASHRAE Levels 1–5
  • Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants and specialist vendors
  • Review and approve commissioning documentation, scripts and procedures
  • Lead Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and critical milestone activities
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, resilience standards and best practice
Technical Requirements
  • Strong hyperscale data centre commissioning experience
  • Proven exposure to:
    • Critical power infrastructure
    • UPS & generator systems
    • MV / LV distribution
    • BMS and controls integration
  • Experience delivering commissioning within a structured PMC or client-side environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
Package
  • €850 per day (all in)
  • Approx. €11,000+ net per month (dependent on structure and experience)
  • 18+ month programme
  • Overtime uplift: 1.5x Saturdays / 2.0x Sundays
