CSA / Civils Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Project (Finland)
We are currently seeking an experienced CSA / Civils Quantity Surveyor to join a major data centre construction project in Finland on an initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale, high-profile project with a leading contractor currently delivering the full scope of works on site.
The Role
The successful candidate will support the commercial delivery of major civil and structural packages, ensuring effective cost management and contractual administration throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with the contractor team while reporting into the Project Management Consultancy, who are acting on behalf of the end client/developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of CSA / Civils packages
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control
- Managing valuations, variations, and change control
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Contract administration and commercial risk management
- Reviewing progress against cost and programme
- Supporting project stakeholders with commercial advice and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within CSA / Civils construction
- Strong background in large-scale construction projects
- Experience in sectors such as:
- Industrial construction
- Mission-critical environments
- Heavy civils / infrastructure
- Large concrete structures
- Strong understanding of:
- Concrete works
- Civil engineering packages
- Earthworks / groundworks
- Structural construction
- Data centre experience is not essential
Ideal Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience on complex, fast-paced projects involving large-scale civil works and significant commercial responsibility.

- Location: Finland
- Contract Length: 12 months initial ( ongoing opportunity)

- Rate: Negotiable (dependent on experience)
- Start: ASAP
Eligibility
- Must hold a valid EU passport / right to work in the EU
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Finland
