V7 Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading consultancy delivering some of Europe's most exciting data centre developments. Due to continued project growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced  CSA Project Manager  to join a major hyperscale data centre project in  Kristiansand, Norway.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a landmark project, managing civil, structural and architectural packages from pre-construction through to handover while collaborating closely with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CSA packages on major construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural disciplines.
  • Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Desirable:
  • Previous data centre, mission critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or industrial project experience.
  • Knowledge of Norwegian construction practices and regulations.
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Professional accreditation such as PMP, PRINCE2, MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the delivery of CSA packages across large-scale data centre projects.
  • Manage project scope, programme, quality, cost and risk.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, consultants and client representatives.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure works are delivered in line with programme milestones.
  • Review technical documentation, drawings and project specifications.
  • Oversee contractor performance and drive resolution of technical and commercial issues.
  • Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety requirements and project standards.
  • Support procurement, contract administration and change management activities.
  • Drive successful project delivery through to commissioning and handover.
