V7 Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading mission critical construction business to appoint an experienced CSA Package Manager for a major hyperscale data centre development in the Nordics.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages on a large-scale data centre campus, working within an experienced project delivery team in one of Europe's fastest-growing construction sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving CSA packages from construction through to completion and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in the delivery of CSA works within a hyperscale data centre environment, managing subcontractors, coordinating design and construction activities, and ensuring packages are delivered in line with programme and project requirements.

- Manage Civil, Structural and Architectural packages from construction through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate day-to-day CSA activities with the wider project team.
- Manage and coordinate CSA subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Monitor package progress against programme, key milestones and critical path activities.
- Coordinate CSA interfaces with MEP and other specialist data centre packages.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical information to ensure buildability and effective delivery.
- Drive QA/QC across assigned CSA packages, ensuring works meet project specifications and standards.
- Identify and resolve design, technical, coordination and construction issues.
- Attend and lead relevant CSA coordination, design, planning and progress meetings.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, resources and productivity.
- Support commercial activities including variations, progress reporting and package tracking.
- Manage snagging, outstanding works, documentation and CSA package closeout.
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project Health & Safety requirements.
- Previous experience as a CSA Package Manager, CSA Manager, Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager or similar.
- Strong experience delivering Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience managing CSA subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management and package delivery.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of site operations and Health & Safety requirements.
- Previous data centre, mission critical, industrial, pharmaceutical or similarly complex project experience would be highly advantageous.
