An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CSA Lead to join a leading engineering contractor delivering one of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre developments. Based in Skellefteå, northern Sweden, you'll lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) delivery on a major mission-critical project, ensuring works are executed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with the client, design teams, project management, MEP and commissioning teams, you'll play a pivotal role in driving successful project delivery from design through to handover.

- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a CSA leadership role within a main contracting environment.
- Previous experience delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial or high-tech construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project sequencing and coordination of CSA works.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, resources and programme delivery.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate effectively with design, MEP and commissioning teams.
- Passionate about delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural works from design through to project completion.
- Manage project budgets, costs, labour resources and overall CSA performance to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish and implement robust reporting, documentation, scheduling and project control systems.
- Coordinate closely with the client, design consultants and project management teams to ensure alignment on scope, quality and programme.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates on project progress, cost and key milestones.
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety across all CSA activities.
- Drive quality performance, ensuring all works meet project specifications and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with MEP and commissioning teams to ensure effective coordination across all project interfaces.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain programme and commercial objectives.
- Lead, mentor and support CSA engineers and package managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project team.
