Fire Stopping Contracts Manager – Yorkshire / Midlands £52,000 – £60,000 | Temp-to-Perm Available | Passive Fire Protection
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Stopping Contracts Manager to join a well-established specialist within the passive fire protection sector. This role offers long-term security, with the option to start on a temp-to-perm basis for candidates who prefer flexibility initially.
You’ll be responsible for managing the delivery of fire stopping and compartmentation works across multiple projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and programme targets are met.
The Role
  • Manage multiple live passive fire protection projects from start to finish
  • Oversee site teams and subcontractors across fire stopping works
  • Ensure compliance with UK fire safety standards and industry regulations
  • Liaise with main contractors, clients, and internal teams
  • Manage programmes, quality inspections, snagging and handovers
  • Support commercial aspects including reporting and progress tracking
About You
  • Proven experience as a Fire Stopping / Passive Fire Contracts Manager
  • Strong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation and compliance standards
  • Confident managing multiple sites and client relationships
  • SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
  • Ideally based in Yorkshire or the Midlands with flexibility to travel
