- Passion for digital tools and how they can transform construction
- An innovative, proactive approach — someone who spots solutions before problems
- Confident leading training sessions, both one-to-one and in groups
- IT qualification a bonus, but not essential
- Reviewing how Procore is used across the business and finding ways to improve it
- Training new users and running online/in-person training sessions
- Providing ongoing Procore support to the team
- Identifying opportunities where technology can add value
- Researching and trialing new digital tools to keep the business ahead
