Ideal candidate:
- Experience working for a construction subcontractor (fit-out or interiors ideally)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience
- Proficient in cost reporting and projecting cash flows
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors across multiple live sites
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Calculate and manage labour and cost forecasts
- Monitor and report CVRs to the board
- Lead on cash flow projections and budgeting
- Evaluate commercial risks and opportunities across projects
