The Opportunity

Join a growing and ambitious Fire & Security company and play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. This role is ideal for a commercially focused sales professional who thrives on winning new business and closing deals, who wants to contribute to a growing company's success.

  • £35,000 – £50,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new commercial opportunities within the Fire & Security sector
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate, competitive quotations
  • Proactively manage and follow up on incoming and self-generated leads
  • Drive conversion rates through effective sales strategies and client engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with Sales Administration and Technical Design teams to ensure seamless project delivery
About You
  • Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role within the Fire & Security industry (or closely related sector)
  • Strong track record of generating new business and closing deals
  • Confident in conducting site surveys and producing quotations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
