- APMP / equivalent bid management certification advantageous
- Degree qualification is preferred
- Lead and manage the bid process from opportunity through to submission and post-tender clarifications.
- Develop and implement a bid strategy aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (estimators, planners, design managers, commercial, operations)
- Ensure all submissions are compliant, innovative, and tailored to client drivers.
- Manage bid programmes, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
- Prepare and present bid progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Write, edit, and review bid content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency of messaging.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions to continuously improve the bid process.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
