We are looking for an entry level coordinator / administrator to come in to our growing team to support the business and teams out in the field to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone.

The Person:
We’re super open to the person and background for this – we will provide full training. But we want someone who sees this for the opportunity that it is and wants to use it as a stepping stone into bigger things.
So if you have some administration knowledge and are sharp around computers & even some AI, then we can harness them skills in to a professional career.
The role:
It’s a pretty varied role, but to give you an idea you will be:
• Log and track queries and service requests.
• Support invoice processing, data entry, and document management.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records within internal IT systems
• Assist with administration.
• Escalate non-standard or complex issues appropriately.
