Having worked in engineering recruitment for the past 16 years I have placed candidates across UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australasia. I have worked as a Global Account Manager for a multinational organisation and managed teams of Recruitment Consultants based all over the world.
What do you enjoy most about working at V7?
I believe a huge factor in our success is the autonomy that everyone is given. I love to create an environment which allows people to flourish and in turn help our clients grow and our candidates prosper. After experiencing first-hand how so many recruitment companies get it wrong it feels amazing to have the V7 way!

You Are Attracting Applicants, Not The Right Candidates One of the biggest misconceptions in hiring is the belief that more applications automatically lead to better hires. In reality, the opposite is often true. When a job advert is too broad, generic, or poorly targeted, it attracts volume instead of relevance. Hiring managers then spend hours filtering through unsustainable CVs, while genuinely qualified candidates either overlook the role entirely or disengage because the opportunity feels unclear.
