Having worked in engineering recruitment for the past 16 years I have placed candidates across UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australasia. I have worked as a Global Account Manager for a multinational organisation and managed teams of Recruitment Consultants based all over the world.

What do you enjoy most about working at V7?

I believe a huge factor in our success is the autonomy that everyone is given. I love to create an environment which allows people to flourish and in turn help our clients grow and our candidates prosper.
