I've worked in the industry for over 10 years, earning my stripes as a recruiter before moving into Operations. My role here is anything people and process related covering Business Strategy & Improvement, HR, Marketing, IT & Systems and Finance & Payroll for both our UK and German entities.

There's so much I love about working at V7 - The great office space in the heart of Manchester, the people I work with, the social events and away days, the autonomy everyone is given and the fact I never have that dreaded back to work feeling on a Sunday!
