Outside of work I mostly spend time with my 3 children, wife and Armin Van Dog (our dog for anyone who didn't catch on). To unwind, I love running, going the gym and playing football (body permitting these days).

In reality, the opposite is often true. When a job advert is too broad, generic, or poorly targeted, it attracts volume instead of relevance. Hiring managers then spend hours filtering through unsustainable CVs, while genuinely qualified candidates either overlook the role entirely or disengage because the opportunity feels unclear.
