About You:
I’ve just moved back to Manchester and absolutely love the city’s energy and vibe, it feels like the perfect place to start this next chapter of my career. I graduated from university here about 18 months ago with a degree in psychology, and although I’m new to recruitment, I’m excited to dive in and learn everything about the industry.

What do you enjoy most about working at V7 Recruitment?

You Are Attracting Applicants, Not The Right Candidates One of the biggest misconceptions in hiring is the belief that more applications automatically lead to better hires.
