Graduates Celebrate Completing The V7 Academy

January 2024 saw V7 proudly launch our second installment of our Bespoke V7 Academy, a 3-month programme specifically designed to nurture graduate talent to become skilled recruitment consultants.

Having received hundreds of applications from individuals eager to secure a position on the programme, a handful of successful graduates were selected to join after impressing the senior leadership team through a series of face-to-face presentations.

Through rigorous training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, the Academy equips new recruits with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the fast-paced and competitive world of recruitment.

Since January, Ciara and Tilly have engaged in this immersive and extensive training programme, to which concluded this week (19/04) through a final assessment that they needed to ‘graduate’ from.

To our delight, we’re thrilled to share that both Ciara and Tilly have Graduated and are now on their way to developing their careers further as V7 Associate Recruitment Consultants; working in our Contract and Permanent teams to secure talent for our clients worldwide.
