V7 Recruitment

Dylan Mooney

Job Role:

Recruitment Consultant

About me:

I’ve worked in recruitment for a number of years now, with a real focus on the Mission Critical / Data Centre space across Europe. What drew me to the industry was the fast paced environment and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, I am big on fitness and enjoy getting to the gym or out for a run whenever I can. I’m also a big food person and always on the lookout for new places to eat or recipes to try out.
When I’m not doing either of those, I am probably planning my next trip away or catching up with mates over a drink. I’d like to think I bring a good mix of energy, drive, and a sense of humour to what I do.

What made you decide to work for V7 Recruitment?

Although relatively new to the team, it’s clear that V7 is a place that values its people and creates an environment where you can grow.

What really stood out to me was the culture. Everyone is passionate, supportive, and genuinely driven to succeed. I’m looking forward to developing within a team that’s so well respected in the market, and contributing to our continued success in the data centre space across Europe.
