- Working on projects from tender stage taking responsibility for the tender packs highlighting risks, opportunities and any anticipated commercial issues.
- Ensuring projects are being built in line with current building regulations.
- Once sites are accepted doing full technical appraisals/ reviews ensuring the full technical team required is in place ahead of construction.
- Liaising with the external technical team including architect and engineers from precon through to handover.
- Working with building control.
- Managing the Technical Coordinator.
