V7 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading property investment and management company specialising in multi-occupancy builds. With an exciting pipeline of acquisitions and refurbishments, they are looking for an experienced  Senior Project Manager  to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end refurbishment and construction projects (£1m–£15m)
  • Strong background in residential or multi-occupancy projects, ideally PBSA
  • Membership of RICS or another relevant professional body (preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of JCT contracts, procurement, and contract administration
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
  • Good understanding of building technology, construction processes, and H&S legislation (including CDM)
  • Experience liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and managing consultant teams

 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Director of Project Management across all aspects of project delivery
  • Line management for more junior members of the team
  • Coordinating and managing capital projects through all RIBA stages
  • Assisting with supply chain development and standardisation of specifications
  • Managing consultant panels (PQS, Architects, etc.) under framework agreements
  • Setting and managing budgets, capex, and fees from pre-acquisition to completion
  • Undertaking due diligence, surveys, and cost analysis for funding approvals
  • Supporting tendering, procurement strategies, and contract administration
  • Ensuring successful project delivery against time, cost, and quality targets
  • Providing progress reports and ensuring alignment with Development and Facility Agreements
