About me: 

I’ve been working in the recruitment industry for just under two years, beginning in a business administration role. More recently, I’ve transitioned into a position focused on enhancing the onboarding experience for both clients and candidates. This has involved supporting a range of key functions including payroll, compliance, and overall process coordination ensuring a smooth and efficient start for everyone involved.

I got into this role because I enjoy supporting consultants and playing a part in building strong, reliable relationships with both candidates and clients.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as keeping an active lifestyle of going to my spin classes 4 times a week which I enjoy. Most weekends you’ll find me out walking my dog and treating myself to a good coffee.

What makes me me is my positive, smiley attitude and strong work ethic. I take pride in being professional and always aim to do my best—not just for myself, but for those around me. I genuinely enjoy what I do, which comes through in my upbeat, bubbly presence in the office. I’m outgoing, approachable, and always open to learning and developing both personally and professionally. (I do not do well talking about myself as you can see)

What do you enjoy most about working at V7 Recruitment? 

What drew me to V7 was the people and the management team.

From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I can already see strong relationships forming. It’s clear that the leadership team genuinely supports your growth and development within the business. The onboarding process was smooth and well organised.
